ALOO METHI

INGREDIENTS:
* Potatoes - 4 cut into cubes
* Methi (menthe soppu) leaves - 1 bunch finely chopped
* Salt to taste
* Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
* Green chilli - 1 chopped finely
* Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
* Oil - 1 tbsp for shallow frying
* Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

METHOD:
* In a non-stick pan, heat oil.
* Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
* After they splutter, add the potatoes and methi leaves.
* Now add the masalas, green chilli, salt.
* Mix well till they are tender or till they are golden brown.
* Serve hot with rice or roti.
