POTATO SHALLOW FRY


INGREDIENTS:

·        Potatoes – 3 peeled and cubed

·        Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

·        Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

·        Pepper powder – a pinch

·        Red chilli powder – a pinch

·        Garam masala – ½ tsp

·        Salt – to taste

·        Oil – 1 tbsp

·        Coriander leaves – for garnishing

METHOD:

·        Cut the potatoes into cubes.

·        Heat oil in a non-stick kadai.

·        Add mustard seeds.

·        After its splutters, add cumin seeds.

·        After that, add the potatoes.

·        Put salt and the masalas and keeping stirring in medium flame.

·        Keeping stirring till they r golden brown and soft.

·        Garnish with coriander leaves.

·        Serve hot with rice and roti.
